The laie is the adult female of the wild boar. This animal is a symbol of strength that is both wild and protective. 💡 An old goat can have around ten young per litter.

The Keiler is the name given to a male boar over 6 years old. The boar is the symbol of power through its speed and energy. 💡 This animal lacks eyesight, but this weakness is compensated for by a very keen sense of smell.

The doe, the female stag, is a symbol of gentleness and innocence, but also of femininity. 💡 She wears a mirror (white spot) around her tail, enabling her to be recognised, particularly by her young.

King of the forest, lord of the woods, the stag is a majestic animal with long, branched horns. Powerful and graceful, it is a symbol of nobility and benevolence. 💡 While staying in our lodges, you may have the chance to hear the unmissable stag bellowing at dusk.

The roe deer is a wild ruminant with a brown coat. This animal represents the wilderness through its speed, agility and cunning. 💡 If you want to differentiate it easily from its cervid congeners, the roe deer has no tail!
